The Northern Nevada Black Cultural Awareness Society (NNBCAS) was organized in Reno, Nevada in July, 1988. Our Mission is to promote Black Cultural Awareness and the understanding of its traditions and history while empowering the Black Community, Communities of Color & the community at large to assert their value and engage in social cultural change.
